Fight At Toa Payoh
Didn’t play with the laptop straight away though went for night cycling after that with Sophia..
Went ard the central side of Singapore from Lavendar MRT to Clarke Quay for Sophia to say hi to her friend and to wish her bon voyage using a deck of playing cards… My idea actually… cos couldn’t find any decent cards at the hour… Went up Fort Canning to go down the slope (quite exhilarating really) and ending up cutting through Orchard at Tanglin side.. Was quite hungry then so headed off to Newton for food… Wanted to look for the Char Kway Teow but couldn’t find any stall that was still open at 11…
So…. Had sugarcane drinks and headed off in search of food.. Went through Balestier (relatively quiet at that point) and lo and behold… NO FOOD.. Remember at this point in time, have already cycled for 3 hours, no fuel for the body, STARVING away…. So, quickly headed down to Toa Payoh’s coffeeshop to look for food… Had to settle for the toast and egg set cos too hungry to really care at that point in time..
Well.. Was happily munching on my toast when heard the sounds of breaking glass… Thought it was someone being clumsy and didn’t really bother till there was screaming and shouting.. Turns out that there was a fight between 2 lao lians and one was already nursing a bleeding head with the other still pulling her hair.. Shocking sight though… Exited the place just in case anything else went wrong, sent Sophia back and headed home myself… Amazingly tookjust 25 mins to get back from her place.. Haha.. Tired till went home, showered and dropped off to bed…
